Terms and conditions +warranty information 

Item is referred the finished product that customer want us to fabricate. 

Product is referred to the material that is used to fabricate the item.

1.      We are fabricator for item and will only take responsibility of Fabrication of the requested item. 

2.      The entire item will be handed over to the client after throw checking and at site excluding some. 

3.      Warranty related to Fabrication defect will only be applied for the first year. 

4.      Product warranty will be covered by the manufacturer and for the time frame specified 

5.      After warranty period all movable item should be send to the unit for repair and might have a charge for the same. 

6.      Cosmetic defect for the product will only be covered for 6 months. 

7.      Issue related to defect should be rises through Email pvcpro@yahoo.co.in 

8.      Copy of original bill should be send through email along with the issue 

9.      It can take unto 7 days for us to visit the site for review after the complain is raised.
